These terms govern use of Bunkhouse, camp management software operated by Outside The Box. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your camp organization.
Bunkhouse provides software for running camp registration, payments, health records, and operations. We provide the software; you run the camp. Decisions about enrollment, medical care, staffing, and safety are yours, made by qualified people, and the software is a record-keeping tool — not a substitute for professional judgment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team enters, for assigning roles appropriately (in particular, who can see health records), and for keeping credentials secure. You may not use the service to violate law, to store data about children you have no legitimate relationship with, or to attempt to breach the isolation between camps on the platform.
Your camp's data is yours. You can export it at any time, in usable formats, from inside the product. We use it only to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we never sell it. If you leave, we delete it on the schedule the Privacy Policy states.
Subscriptions are billed by Stripe at the prices published on our pricing page, monthly or annually, and you can cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Parent payments are processed on your own Stripe connected account: you are the merchant of record, refunds and disputes are between you and your families, and Bunkhousecharges the platform fee published on the pricing page. Stripe's connected-account agreement applies to your Stripe account.
We aim for the service to be available continuously and schedule maintenance outside peak registration windows where possible. Support is included with every subscription.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Bunkhouseis provided "as is," our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can cancel from the billing page. We can suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, with notice and a chance to fix the problem where practical. Either way, you get your data: export remains available for 30 days after termination.
